Certified Pest Control & Hygiene Services — Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Project Overview
Queesco — Quality Excellence Environmental Service Co. — is a certified pest control and hygiene company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the Eastern Province, they had over a decade of field expertise and high-profile client approvals from Saudi Aramco and SABIC — but no website to represent them online.
This project delivered a complete web presence: from strategy and UX architecture through design, development, and launch.

About the Client
Queesco provides safe, effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for homes, businesses, and industries — covering insects, rodents, birds, reptiles, and stray animals. Their credentials include:
- ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification
- Saudi Aramco approved vendor
- SABIC endorsed service provider
- BALADY (Saudi Ministry of Municipal Affairs) licensed
- BPCA and SFDA certified
- 10+ years of operational experience
- 1,000+ completed projects
- 20,000+ satisfied customers
Despite this depth of expertise, Queesco had no digital presence — leaving enterprise clients with no way to verify credentials online and residential customers with no self-service path to booking.
The Challenge
Three core problems were holding the business back:
1. No credible online presence
Enterprise procurement teams doing vendor research found nothing when they searched for Queesco. This cost the company opportunities at a critical stage of the sales cycle, where credentials and presentation determine shortlisting.
2. A complex, wide service portfolio
Queesco offers 15+ distinct services across three customer segments (Residential, Commercial, Industrial). Without a clear information structure, customers couldn’t identify the right service for their situation — increasing inbound support volume and friction.
3. No digital lead generation pipeline
All new business came through word-of-mouth and cold outreach. There was no mechanism to capture inbound interest from Google search, social media referrals, or direct traffic — leaving significant revenue untapped.
The Solution
A full website design and development engagement, structured in five phases:
Phase 1 — Discovery & Strategy
We began with a structured discovery session to map Queesco’s services, customer journeys, and competitive landscape in the Eastern Province market. We identified that trust signals — certifications, client logos, and technician credentials — were the single most important conversion driver for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Phase 2 — Information Architecture
We organised 15+ services into a three-tier hierarchy:
- Segment: Residential / Commercial / Industrial
- Category: General Pest Control, Rodent Control, Termite Control, Disinfection, Fumigation, etc.
- Individual service detail pages with targeted copywriting
This structure lets visitors arrive from any source — search, direct, or referral — and immediately orient themselves to the right service.
Phase 3 — Design & Copywriting
The visual design strikes a professional, corporate-adjacent tone appropriate for enterprise procurement while remaining accessible to residential customers. Every section of the homepage was designed with a specific conversion role:
- Hero: establishes value proposition, offers immediate Call and WhatsApp actions
- Services grid: gives customers a clear map of available services
- Certifications carousel: ISO 9001, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, BALADY — converts hesitant enterprise visitors
- Client logo wall: social proof from major regional clients
- Statistics block: 10+ years, 1,000+ projects, 20K+ customers — anchors the closing section
Phase 4 — WordPress Development
Built on WordPress with Elementor for maximum client flexibility. Key technical features included:
- Custom quote request popup with lead capture form
- WhatsApp direct-link CTA integration
- Multi-channel contact options (phone, toll-free, email, web form)
- Google Maps embed for location visibility
- Google Tag Manager setup for analytics and future tracking
- Mobile-first responsive layout
Phase 5 — SEO & Blog Infrastructure
We built SEO foundations including semantic HTML, structured meta data, and optimised page titles. A blog section was configured to allow Queesco to rank for long-tail searches across Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, and Qatif. Early blog content covers termite treatment, fumigation, and localised pest control guides.
